ABC News Television Interview concerning Hurricane Insurance Claims

  Patrick Russell, Esq., was interviewed by the local ABC News affiliate, WPLG-TV Miami, for comments concerning hurricane insurance claims.  The interview was in response to a recent Federal Court decision in Mississippi in which a Federal Judge ruled that Nationwide Insurance was not responsible for all Hurricane Katrina damages since water damages were excluded under the insurance policy.  See the television interview here:
