Russell Law Offices has implemented remote access software in conjunction with its Client Server to provide clients with 24/7 online access to all of their case file documents. Clients can now securely access their files whenever they want to. The files can now be viewed, printed, downloaded and saved. For security purposes, clients will not be able to delete or modify any of these files. The client files are the exact same files and directories that the staff of Russell Law Offices uses everyday. Russell Law Offices foresees this service as a more efficient medium of communication and hopes that one day it can and will replace the mailing of hard copies to clients.
