Forum Selection Clause for Cruise Ticket is Enforceable

Denial of transfer of venue is proper and a forum selection clause contained in a form cruise ticket contract is enforceable.  It was not persuasive to the Court that the passengers only had a short time to reject the form ticket contract if the venue provision had been objectionable to them.  Decision relied upon the earlier precedence of Norwegian Cruise Line, Ltd. v. Clark, 28 Fla. L. Weekly D650 (Fla. 2DCA, Mar. 7 2003).
