Unnecessary Expense or Delay not grounds for Certiorari Review of Trial Court Order Compelling Discovery

In Banco Latino (S.A.C.A.) v. Kimberly, 979 So.2d 1169 (Fla. 3DCA 2008), the Florida Third District Court of Appeal held that allegations of unnecessary delay and expense was not irreparable harm and thus did not warrant certiorari review of a trial court order compelling discovery.
