Communications to and from Miami Lawyer are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Attorney-Client Relationship.  Delivery of a written communication or speaking by telephone is not intended to create, and receipt does not constitute, an attorney-client relationship. No Attorney-Client relationship is formed unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Confidentiality Notice. A written communication may contain PRIVILEGED and CONFIDENTIAL material and its transmission is not a waiver of that privilege. The written communication is intended for the sole use of the individual or entity referenced therein.  If you are not the intended recipient, please be notified that any use, disclosure, review, distribution or copying of the written communication is strictly prohibited. If you have received the written communication by error, please delete it and notify the sender immediately by responding to the errant email.
