Craig Kirsch, Esq.

Email

Help Areas: Miami Copyright Lawyer.  Mr. Kirsch’s is devoted to working with artists and helping them to secure their work through Copyright protection.  Although rights in artistic expressions, whether visual, literary or audio works are created once they are tangibly affixed to a medium, they cannot be enforced until they are registered through the United States Copyright Office.  Many artists are unfamiliar with this process and Mr. Kirsch assists them in obtaining protection over their works of art.

Profile: Craig Kirsch, Esq. graduated from the University Of Miami School Of Law and is a Miami-based attorney licensed to practice before the State Courts of Florida, the Southern District of Florida, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Once intellectual property rights are obtained in the form of a Patent, Trademark, or Copyright, Mr. Kirsch can assist in the enforcement of those rights through litigation or the transfer of those rights through licensing or other contracts. Each situation is different and requires individual attention to determine the best course of action.
